Returns

To submit a return/exchange, please email hello@neux.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will assist you via email to make a return.

We want you to feel amazing and confident in Neux, therefore we we are more than happy to accept your return if you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your garment. However, the items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags need to be attached to receive a store credit or refund if purchased at full price.

We cannot accept a return for garments that have been worn, washed or altered in any way as it will be refused. Please also take care when trying on garments, as we will not accept garments that have incurred any marks, stains, makeup stains or odours. If you have received a faulty, damaged or an incorrect order, please reach out to us via email hello@neux.com.au and we will be happy to further assist you. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We do not accept returns outside of our 7 day return policy. We do not accept returns on items if they are not returned in original condition. If you return your products and they have been worn or damaged, you will be invoiced for your return shipping fee and the goods will be returned back to you. Any return shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable. Store Credits are non-refundable. 

We will open an investigation into any faulty products before they are returned. If your items are deemed not faulty we will not accept a return. Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot offer direct exchanges. 

We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. We reserve the right to change/remove our return policy at any time. Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional.
